Soft- For low cut and connections
Medium- For when you have longer length of hair and for deepness and connections
Hard- For when you are in a serious wolfing session to lay down hair and for your deepness and connections
You will also need a du rag or wave cap or anything that holds down your hair while you sleep. When you are first getting waves you want you hair to be low so you can train your hair from the root so it will be easier to wolf.(What is Wolfing?)- Is when you grow your hair out to better your waves. You will also need a good moisturizer if your hair is nappy you might need a stronger moisturizer if it is soft you can use a moisturizer that works for you. If you really want to get waves fast brush like crazy.. waves are not going to come over night you have to be dedicated to doing it ...brush until your arms starts to hurt.

360 Waves Shower Brushing?- When you get in the shower comb your waves out. Don't brush it down let the water hit your hair for at least 2 min. then you want to start combing it (this will definitely help to get wide waves and your connections right). Then pick up a soft/medium brush don't use a hard because you want to train your hair and you don't want to force your hair to lay down. That's like trying to force a dog to do a trick but you ain't trained it yet.So brush for about 5 min. Get out the shower put your du rag on wait for like an hour then get into your brushing session with a hard or medium brush. Then do the plastic bag method put your du rag on leave it on for like 2 hours. Take it off do the hot towel method put a strong natural product in your hair (something that can hold your hair in place). Do the hot towel method again so it can go all the way into the scalp then do the cold towel method brush, comb, plastic bag, then du rag it.

360 Waves Morning Method?- First brush your hair with a medium brush. Put in any oil or a product you prefer in your hair. Comb your hair so that the oil can go to the scalp. Brush your hair then spray a little bit of water then brush then go on with your day.

360 Waves Fresh Cut Method?- Right after you get a fresh cut go home wash your hair (in a circular motion) brush you hair down with a medium or soft brush. Brush till damp then do the hot towel method. Put your product in then do the hot towel method again so the product can go deeper in your scalp. Then do the cold towel method. Brush till dry put just a little bit of product in your hair brush then du rag it.

How To Lay Your Hair Down The Correct Way?- The best way to lay your head down is to do these steps:          1) Do the shower brushing method (you just brush your hair in the shower)
                   2) Get out of the shower brush for 2 more min.
                   3) While hair still damp put du rag on and leave it on for at least and hour
                   4) Take du rag off brush your hair at least 2 min. on each side
                   5) Do the hot towel method (putting a hot rag over all sides of your head at least for a min.
                   6) Put whatever product you want in your hair
                   7) Then do the cold towel method (putting a cold rag over all sides of you head for a min.)
                   8) Put du rag on and leave it on till head feels dry
                   9) Take your du rag off then do the plastic bag method (rubbing a plastic bag over your head)
                 10) Put du rag on and keep it on for the rest of the night
